Our Story
A great vacation home needs to work for both guests and owners.
For the owners, that means knowing the property is being looked after by people who actually know the property. For guests, it means arriving at a home that has been prepared just for them and having someone local they can turn to for advice and help when needed.
Frio Traditions is a company built around a small portfolio and personalized service, making luxury vacation home rental management attainable for both renters and owners.
We don’t want to manage the MOST properties around the Frio. We want to manage the right properties well. That means knowing the owners, knowing our guests, and knowing the homes so that we aren’t just managing, were advising too.
