Check-in & Check-out Procedures
Arrival: Your Check-in Process
- Receive your secure digital entry code via email 24 hours prior to your scheduled 4:00 PM arrival.
- Locate the keypad at the main entrance and enter your unique code followed by the hash key.
- Once inside, refer to the printed Welcome Guide for property-specific Wi-Fi and amenity instructions.
Departure: Your Check-out Process
- Ensure all used dishes are placed in the dishwasher and started by the 11:00 AM check-out time.
- Please place all bagged trash in the designated outdoor bins and turn off all lights and AC units.
- Close and lock all exterior doors; your entry code will automatically deactivate at check-out time.
